You are welcome to join our next Little River Shamanic drumming circle. Led by Natasha Saltzer. This shamanic circle aims to run bi-monthly on Sunday afternoons, 2.30pm - 4.30pm at Pett village hall in East Sussex.

A wonderful opportunity to be a part of a shamanic community and to meet like-minded people on the shamanic path. Each meet-up may include; shamanic drumming, medicine songs, shamanic journeying, meditation and guided visualisation.

Shamanic drumming circles are a supportive and positive way to help keep your spirit fire alive and help you to stay inspired on a spiritual path. Shamanic community enhances ones over all well-being, gives a sense of belonging and feeds us on a heart and soul level. It also helps us support building the bridge between walking a grounded path, where we are fully present and awake to physical reality, as well as strengthening our connection to the world of spirit and subtle energy awareness.

Please bring:

A shamanic drum or rattle if you have one (Not essential), blankets for beneath and above you, cushion, eye mask, bottle of water, layers of comfortable clothing, note pad and pen and an object for the altar (optional).

Is this for you?

Have you ever felt that there was more to life, then just the physical world? Have you felt awe in the natural world, had a sense of aliveness in all living things? Have you ever sat and watched a sunset and felt you were witnessing something greater, then what your eyes alone could comprehend? Have you had spiritual experiences, that have opened up a sense of curiosity in yourself, to the greater mystery of life? Perhaps you have felt a calling....but a calling to what? Shamanism ultimately leads you back to truth...back to your soul and authentic self.

The shaman learns to move between the physical world and the world of energy/spirit. The ordinary and non-ordinary reality. Shamanism teaches us that all of life is sacred. Shamanism is a way of life. To walk in balance, to walk in wholeness, to walk in integrity, to walk the beauty path.

There comes  a time in everyones soul journey, a moment of complete clarity, when you say .....yes......yes to who you really are.

"I love the power of a circle of like-minded people coming together, it appears that now, more than ever, we need to be supporting and encourging each other, to come out and let our true selves shine."

Natasha Saltzer

Open to beginners and all levels of experience.
